1. Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.
2. Standard Delivery
Confirmed orders will be delivered within 5 working days for West Malaysia and 7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday). Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional of 2-3 working days.
3. Sale / Promotional Periods
Sale / Promotional Periods During peak sale/promotional periods, we may not be able to fulfil next day deliveries due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues when placing your order.
West Malaysia: Additional 10 working days for your order to arrive.
Sabah & Sarawak: Additional 10 working days for your order to arrive.
4. Multiple Address Delivery
We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
5. Change of Shipping address
Please ensure that you key in the correct shipping address before you place your order. We cannot guarantee that we are able to change your address.
6. Delivery Policy
At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for received products.
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. Any special packaging requested by customer is subject to additional charges.
Note: Purchases made after 2pm each day would be considered as next day purchase for courier purposes.
Oleles Return/ Exchange Policy:
All purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges or refunds are only applicable for items with manufacturing defects, with proof provided. For more details, please refer to the terms and conditions below.
Can I exchange my item for a different one?
No, exchanges are only allowed for the same item.
- For defects: You can exchange for a brand-new replacement or opt for a credit voucher to purchase something else.
- For wrong sizing: You may exchange for a different size of the same item.
Can I exchange my item if the sizing does not fit me?
Yes. You may return the defect/wrong item within 7 days from the date you received your item.
- All returns must meet the following conditions:
- One-Time Exchange Only – Each order is eligible for exchange once.
- Unboxing Proof Required – A video of the parcel unboxing is necessary.
- Original Condition – Items must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed.
- Return Timeline – Items must be shipped back within 7 days upon item received.
- Refund Process – Refunds are issued only after we receive the returned parcel.
- Credit Voucher Refund – Refunds are provided in credit vouchers only (no cash refunds).
- Voucher Usage – Credit vouchers can be used for exchanges or other purchases (no expiry date/min spend).
- Trackable Return – Return parcels must have a tracking number.
- Non-Sale Items Only – Sale items are not eligible for return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the store credit voucher. You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your issuer's policies.
Return/ Exchange Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All refunds are eligible for a credit voucher only. Once we receive your return parcel, a credit voucher will be sent to your email. Credit vouchers can be used for other purchases (no expiry date/min spend).

We typically respond within 24 hours, but replies may take longer during festive seasons or sales.
Out Of Stock Refund
When a product you ordered is sold out, we will make a refund to your bank account. Exchange and refund processing may take up to 5 working days after we receive your return parcel.
