All orders should take 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be fulfilled.

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the total price of the products upon checkout. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means additional fees may or may not occur once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.
Sale / Promotional Periods During peak sale/promotional periods, we may not be able to fulfill next day deliveries due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues when placing your order.
