Return and Exchanges

  1. What’s your return policy?

    All products purchased are marked as final and are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns and/or refunds. Please note that exchanges/refunds are only available for items that have manufacturing defects. If you by any chance receive a defected item, please ensure that the product is UNUSED with no additional damage, and remains in its original packaging with no evidence of service, alteration, wear, fragrance, or blemishes of any kind. You may contact us at [email protected] stating your order ID along with the photo proof.

  2. What should I do if I receive a wrong product or product with noticeable defects?

    Worry not! Please contact us at [email protected] along with a snapshot your order ID and our team will attend to this as soon as possible!

Shipping

  1. When will my order be shipped?

    All orders should take 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be fulfilled.

  2. It's been over 10 days since my order is shipped and I have yet to receive anything, what can I do?

    We’re sorry to hear this, worry not! Please contact us at [email protected] along with a snapshot your order ID and our team will attend to this as soon as possible!

  3. Does the shipping cost for international orders include customs, duties and/or taxes?

    Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the total price of the products upon checkout. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means additional fees may or may not occur once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.

  4. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We ship to Asia, Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Macao SAR, South Korea, Taiwan, Brunei, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada!
